Programming in BEST
Introduced in 2007 for a limited trial with an unlimited release planned for the 2008 competion, BEST robots can be programmed using the Best Robotics Advanced Instruction Node, or BRAIN for short. Provided with the BRAIN is a CD that contains the BRAIN Wizard as well as a copy of IAR Embedded Workbench, which allows teams to easily and quickly create a working configuration for the BRAIN and was the only method of coding before the BRAIN was released to every BEST team in 2008.
